- Assistance In Setting Up Home Office – we will advise you on the hardware and software you will need to run your business. You may already have some of these or you may elect to have dedicated items just for business.
- 1 Week Training In San Antonio, TX – We look forward to having you visit San Antonio. We love it here and hope to show you around and let you see why we love this city.
- Additional Virtual Online Training – For various reasons we may choose to do all or part of “in person” training virtually. Nevertheless, we will hold regular online meetings for those who wish to attend.
- Online Video/Text Resources – Videos and other media will be available on-line. We are always upgrading our training and hope you find it useful!
- Weekly Franchisee Meeting – Neighborhoods around the country vary in size and shape, and demographics. One neighborhood may be on water, and another, a high rise building. We are hoping to learn from you and understand your individual challenges. Rest assured we are here to help.
- Print and Digital Marketing and Branding – We will guide you in utilizing our brand in the BEST available ways. We are at heart a publishing company and this is something we’ve worked hard at developing over they years.
- Pre-Opening and Grand Opening Support – You will want to let your community know that you are In Business and ready to serve. We’ll help you find the best ways to do that within your territory.
- Assigned to Neighbors Choice® Mentor – You will be assigned to a staff member at the corporate office who you can call when you need help. This service is included in training for 3 months.

Neighbors Choice® is a franchise organization making available a limited franchise offering to qualified individuals. You will sell a variety of products and services that improve and enhance the communication of neighborhoods. We offer a comprehensive training program that will prepare you to conduct business on Day One.
Additionally, we have ongoing support to assist you in every aspect of the process.

NEWSLETTERS
We provide a variety of neighborhood newsletters, both in print and electronically, that carry the news and information of the community. Our professional and experienced graphic design department will help with the production of ads and newsletters. You’ll have access to an advertising rate sheet as part of your sales kit for selling ads to local businesses.

In addition to E-Newsletters (electronic news distribution), you will also offer a variety of services that will help your communities. From relevant and timely E-News topics that are beneficial to the community to E-Alerts to surveys, to social media integration and management, we have the technology to help you help your communities stay current and connected.

Another important tool for neighborhoods is a community website. Our designers will assist in creating and maintaining a website that is useful, attractive, and most importantly, reliable and official.

PRINT & MAIL SERVICES
In addition to the work we do for neighborhoods, we are a full-service print and mail shop. We have access to a variety or print processes and maintain the latest in USPS technology and software. We are skilled in all areas of graphic design, web technology, both print and electronic publishing and many other services that not only communities, but the general public find useful.
